Ezy Strap – $1,000 Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The Promoter is Ezy Strap (ABN: 69 398 696 445) 

2. Promotion Period

The promotion begins on 29 November 2025 at 12:01am AEST and ends on 18 December 2025 at 11:59pm AEST (“Promotion Period”).

3. Eligibility

  • Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.

  • Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

  • By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.

4. How to Enter

To enter, customers must during the Promotion Period:

  1. Purchase any Ezy Strap product from the Ezy Strap online store 

  2. Every completed order equals one automatic entry.

  3. Multiple orders = multiple entries.

  4. Cancelled or refunded orders are not eligible.

5. Prize

  • There is one (1) major prize, consisting of $1,000 AUD, paid via online bank transfer to the winner.

  • The winner must provide valid Australian banking details to receive the prize.

  • Total prize pool value: $1,000 AUD.

6. Winner Selection

  • The winner will be selected by a random computerised draw on 19 December 2025 at 10:00am AEST at the Promoter’s business address.

  • The draw is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Winner Notification

  • The winner will be notified via email and/or phone using the contact details provided at checkout.

  • The winner will also be announced on Ezy Strap’s social media accounts.

  • If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, the promoter may conduct a redraw.

8. Prize Delivery

  • The $1,000 prize will be transferred to the winner’s nominated Australian bank account within 5 business days of prize claim.

  • The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect payment details supplied by the winner.

9. Privacy

Personal information provided for this promotion will be used solely for administering this competition and will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

10. General Conditions

  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or submits misleading details.

  • The prize is not transferable or exchangeable.

  • If the promotion is interfered with or disrupted, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion.
