4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days from our warehouse. Standard delivery times are 3–8 business days within Australia, depending on your location.

We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers once an order has left our warehouse.


5. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy on unused items in original packaging. If you change your mind or need a different size, contact us at support@ezystrap.com.au.

All products include a 1-Year Warranty covering manufacturing defects. Damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
